Kevin Browne is the founder and President of IRC. Kevin is a cultural anthropologist and ethnographic researcher, having received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He brings a unique set of skills and experience that combines anthropology and psychology training to understanding consumer behavior. Kevin has been helping businesses obtain in-depth consumer understanding through ethnographic research since 2000. Project goals have included New Product Development, Brand Communication, Product Evaluation, and Business to Business, and in sectors ranging from food and beverage, consumer home products, health care, technology, and social marketing. His interviewing and observational skills, and qualitative analytic abilities, result in fresh insights and innovation opportunities for businesses.
